Business terms

Rental rates are weekly, Saturday to Saturday
Arrival: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday afternoon
Departure: by 10 a.m. on Saturday morning

If you experience any delay in your arrival, we ask that you please contact us as soon as you know of it.

Week-end rates on request

Prices include

VAT, taxes, electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi internet connection, linen and towels for bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, use of the swimming pool, weekly change of linen and towels, weekly cleaning and final cleaning. Upon request and availability cot or crib.

heating (depends on consumption /usage 2.32 €/m3)

extra bed 20.00 €/per week
additional linens 10.00 €/person
housekeeping service 10.00 €/hour
pets allowed (extra + 15€/week)

Payment

Payment of 30% of the entire stay must be made within 10 days from the booking date.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival.
Also Damage Deposit is required to be paid at the arrival: 130,00 euro

Payment can be made by non transferable bank draft, bank swift transfer, credit card, cash.

Cancellations

In the unfortunate event that you are unable to keep your reservation for whatever reason, you need to notify us in writing and receive an acknowledgment. A penalty charge will be applied as follows;

If the cancellation is made between the booking date and 16 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total stay.
If the cancellation is made between 15 to 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total stay.
If the cancellation is made 7 days or less prior to arrival or no show: 100% of the total stay.

We recommend that you consider travel insurance for your trip to Italy.
