Casali in Val di Chio is the brand that brings together the ideas and hard work of two young entrepreneurs, Lidia e Roberta , who have revitalized and continue in the family tradition of winemaking and olive oil producing.

Our company is located in the heart of Tuscany in the quaint town of Castiglion Fiorentino. As antique documents testify, our family has lived in this pristine Valley of Chio as far back as the 1600’s. Our primary scope has always been the production of wine and olive oil. In 1996, we decided to begin renovating the firm by first restoring a few farm houses and annexes with the goal of using them for agricultural tourism. Time was also dedicated to updating the agricultural methodologies in order to obtain prestigious certifications as those of Valdichiana Doc Wines and Tuscan IGP Biological Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The fact that our company is not only family owned but also run, guarantees our guest a pleasurable vacation. Staying in one of our farmhouses, agriturismo, provides for an authentic Tuscan country living tasting and smelling the flavors and scents of our land.
