Villa La Guardata sits on a hill covered by an olive grove at 350 meters above sea level in a panoramic position showcasing the town of Castiglion Fiorentino which is only 2 km away. This imposing stone structure was built in the 1700 on top of a military outpost at the feet of the D’Ernia Castle by a noble family who used it as a country home. In 1996, it was restructured and while preserving the exterior of the original building, the interior was divided into two independent apartments. The beautiful swimming pool is 10 m x 5 m and is surrounded by a cured garden with a Mediterranean essence.
