WEEKLY RATES
rentals are saturday to saturday
arrival: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
departure: by 10 a.m.
Deposit to be paid at the arrival: 130,00 euro.
WEEK-END RATES ON REQUEST
PRICES INCLUDE:
VAT, electricity, gas, water, bed linen and towels, use of the swimming pool, weekly change of linen and towels, final cleaning
PRICES EXCLUDE:
heating (depends on consumption /useage 2,32€/m3)
ON REQUEST:
baby sitting service 15,00€/hour
extra bed 15,00€/per week
addittional linens 10,00€/person
housekiping service 10,00€/hour
pets allowed (extra + 15€/week)
Cot free of charge for all the periods
CANCELLATION POLICY
From reservation to 16 days before check in: cancellation fee 30%
from15 days before check in to 8 days before check in: cancellation fee 50%
from 7 days before check in to 0 hours before check in: cancellation fee 100%
no show : cancellation fee 100%
PAYMENT POLICY
30% in advance to be sent within 10 days from reservation
balance to be paid upon arrival
Payment by non transferable bank draft, bank swift transfer, credit card, cash.
The reservation form have to be completed by the following informations : Name , address, mobile phone , composition of the group (how many adults, children ,baby , animals) how the guest like the bedrooms ( master or twin ) if they need cot , extra bed or sofa bed
