Borgo Santo Stefano was a small farming homestead constructed around the 1850. It is situated in a panoramic position on the hill of Santo Stefano looking unto the entire Valley of Chio and only 7 km from the town of Castiglion Fiorentino. It is composed of the original farm house and barn. With the restructuring work finished in 1998, the farm house was divided into two charming apartments, Casa Fufigna 1 e 2, and a small independent villa, Il Granaio. The entire Borgo is surrounded by a well design garden that permits each unit to have private spaces outside, as well as, being able to share the swimming pool 8 m X 5 m which is centrally located together with a large stone barbeque. The Borgo also offers its guests covered parking for 3 cars.
While Borgo Santo Stefano can be rented out as individual units, it can also be requested as a single villa for a large family or group sleeping 12 to 16 guests.
